The Strategic Plan 2013–2017 sets the priorities for excellence in the plan period. It is also the first time that the University’s philosophy and guiding values have been delineated. The vision of the University is an adaptation of the vision of the precursor institution—The Maldives College of Higher Education.

MNU Launches PhD programs in Shari’ah and Education

At a short function held at Faculty of Education auditorium, MNU announced the launching of Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) programs in two disciplines, viz., Shari’ah and Education. This is the first time a course at this level is offered in the Maldives.
